ZodiacSignAtLongitude

ZodiacSignAtLongitude(Anglelongitude)

Returns the zodiac sign and degreeinsign for a given longitude. The method normalizes the longitude divides the zodiac circle into 30degree signs determines the sign number calculates the degree position inside that sign returns a ZodiacSign.
