VedicDayStartTime
VedicDayStartTime(TimeinputTime)
Returns the start time of the Vedic day containing the supplied time. A Vedic day begins at sunrise not at midnight. The method calculates sunrise for the supplied date returns that sunrise when the input time is after sunrise otherwise moves back roughly one day and returns the previous sunrise.
