Finds the Tithi Pravesha for a specified completed year of life. JHora describes this as the birth solilunar day returning in the birth solilunar month. Its annual engine starts 90 days after the meantropical anniversary and selects the latest qualifying return before that boundary rather than the first monthly return after birth.
