TimeToJulianUniversalTime(Timetime)

Converts a cTimec value into bJulian Day in Universal Time UTb and caches the result. The method follows the same Swiss Ephemeris conversion path as cTimeToJulianEphemerisTime...c but returns cresults1c the UT component instead of ET.
