TimeSunLeavesCurrentSign(Timetime)

Finds the approximate time when the Sun will leave its current zodiac sign. The method starts from the supplied time identifies the Suns current sign scans forward in time reduces the scan step whenever it overshoots into the next sign stops when the Sun is very close to the end of the current sign or when the accuracy limit is reached.
