TimeSunEnteredCurrentSign(Timetime)

Finds the approximate time when the Sun entered its current zodiac sign. The method starts from the supplied time identifies the Suns current sign scans backward in time reduces the scan step whenever it overshoots into the previous sign stops when the Sun is very close to the beginning of the current sign or when the accuracy limit is reached.
