SunriseTime(Timetime)

Calculates the sunrise time for the date and location of the supplied Time. The method checks the cache prepares Swiss Ephemeris risetransit parameters for the Sun starts the search from local midnight calculates sunrise using the configured geographic coordinates converts the Swiss Ephemeris Julian result back into the original standardtime offset returns the final Time.
