SunMoonConjunctionAngle(Timeccc)
Calculates the bangular distance between the Moon and the Sunb at a given time. The method 1. gets the Nirayana longitudes of the Sun and Moon 2. computes the difference 3. normalizes the result to the c0360c range. This helper is used mainly for New Moon detection and lunarmonth calculations.
