SouthIndianChart(Timetime,ChartTypechartType)
Creates a bSouth Indian style kundali chartb and returns the chart as an SVG string. The method supports different chart types such as D1 and other divisional charts supported by the chart factory.
This method returns a raw SVG or CSV response, not the standard
{Status, Payload} JSON envelope. Handle its response as binary/text, not JSON.Parameters
