SkyChart(Timetime)
Generates a bsky chartb for the given time and returns it as an SVG string. This is intended for direct display in a client application such as embedding the returned SVG as an image source or rendered chart asset.
This method returns a raw SVG or CSV response, not the standard
{Status, Payload} JSON envelope. Handle its response as binary/text, not JSON.Parameters
