`SearchEvents`

SearchEvents(TimebirthTime,TimeatTime,List<EventTag>eventTagList)

Searches for all matching events that are active at a single moment in time. This is the snapshot form of event discovery it answers what is happening right now.

Parameters

`birthTime`	`Time`	The natives birth time used to anchor all event calculations.
`atTime`	`Time`	The exact moment to inspect.
`eventTagList`	`0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null]]`	The categories of events to include in the search.
