PlanetsInHouseBasedOnLongitudes(HouseNamehouseNumber,Timetime)

Returns all planets located in a specific house using house longitude boundaries. The method gets all house longitude ranges selects the requested house gets the Nirayana longitude of all planets checks which planetary longitudes fall inside that houses range.
