PlanetZodiacSignBasedOnHouseLongitudes(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Returns a planets zodiac sign based on the house it occupies according to house longitudes. The method finds which house the planet occupies using houseboundary logic gets the Bhava Chalit sign for that house returns the resulting sign. This is a D0style housebased sign lookup rather than a direct Rasi sign lookup.
