Calculates Tribhaga Bala strength from the onethird division of day or night. The method follows these rules During the day Mercury gains strength in the first third. Sun gains strength in the second third. Saturn gains strength in the third third. During the night Moon gains strength in the first third. Venus gains strength in the second third. Mars gains strength in the third third. Jupiter always receives full Tribhaga Bala.
