PlanetTemporaryRelationshipWithPlanet(PlanetNamemainPlanet,PlanetNamesecondaryPlanet,Timetime)

Returns the temporary relationship between two planets based on their relative sign positions. The method returns SamePlanet when both inputs are the same gets the temporary friend list of the main planet returns Friend if the secondary planet is in that list otherwise returns Enemy.
