PlanetTemporaryFriendList(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Returns the planets that are temporary friends of a given planet based on sign position. The method gets the planets current sign identifies the signs in the 2nd 3rd 4th 10th 11th and 12th positions from it collects planets placed in those signs removes Rahu and Ketu from the result.
