PlanetTajikaConstellation(PlanetNameplanetName,TimebirthTime,intscanYear)
Returns the Tajika constellation of a planet for a specific year. The method gets the planets Tajika longitude converts that longitude into a constellation returns the final Constellation. This is the constellationlevel view of a planets Tajika placement.
