PlanetSpeed(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Returns the planets longitudinal speed at the supplied time. The method checks the cache converts the time to Julian Ephemeris Time calls Swiss Ephemeris with speed flags enabled returns the longitudespeed component from the result.
