PlanetSayanaLongitude(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Returns a planets Sayana tropical longitude at the supplied time. The method checks the cache converts the time to Julian Ephemeris Time maps the VedAstro planet name to a Swiss Ephemeris planet ID calculates the tropical longitude using Swiss Ephemeris adjusts Ketu by adding 180 to Rahus longitude.
