PlanetSayanaLatitude(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Returns a planets Sayana tropical latitude at the supplied time. The method checks the cache converts the time to Julian Ephemeris Time maps the planet to a Swiss Ephemeris planet ID calculates the planets tropical position returns the latitude component as an Angle.
