PlanetPakshaBala(PlanetNameplanet,Timetime)

Calculates Paksha Bala strength based on the Moons phase. The method measures the angular distance between the Moon and Sun derives separate base values for Subha and Papa planets classifies the Moon by waxing or waning phase classifies Mercury by whether it is malefic applies the appropriate base value to the requested planet doubles the Moons Paksha Bala.
