PlanetNirayanaLongitude(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Returns a planets Nirayana sidereal longitude at the supplied time. The method checks the cache handles Upagrahas separately by routing to their special longitude methods uses the manual Raman path when the selected ayanamsa is Raman otherwise uses Swiss Ephemeris sidereal calculation adjusts Ketu by adding 180 to Rahus longitude where needed.
