PlanetMotionName
PlanetMotionName(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Determines the motion state Gati of a planet according to classical Vedic astrology rules. The method uses different logic depending on the planet Sun and Moon are always treated as Sama or normal motion. Rahu and Ketu are always treated as Vakra or retrograde. Mars Jupiter and Saturn are classified by their sign distance from the Sun. Mercury and Venus are classified using Chesta Bala and actual motion speed.
