PlanetIshtaKashtaScoreDegree(PlanetNameplanet,TimebirthTime)

Converts a planets Ishta and Kashta scores into a compact beneficversusmalefic scale. The method calculates the planets Ishta score calculates the planets Kashta score compares the two scores as a percentage of total strength maps the result from 100..100 into a final 4..4 range rounds the final value to three decimal places.
