PlanetEphemerisLongitude(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Returns a planets raw ephemeris longitude from Swiss Ephemeris. The method acts as a lowerlevel bridge between VedAstro planet names and Swiss Ephemeris planet IDs. It calculates the requested planets longitude at the given time and returns it as an Angle.
