Calculates Drekkana Bala a positionalstrength component based on where a planet falls within a sign. The method follows these rules Masculine planets receive strength in the first Drekkana 010. Hermaphrodite planets receive strength in the second Drekkana 1020. Feminine planets receive strength in the third Drekkana 2030.
