PlanetDivisionalLongitude
PlanetDivisionalLongitude(PlanetNameplanetName,TimeinputTime,intdivisionalNo)
Calculates the divisional longitude of a planet for a specified divisional chart number. The method 1. gets the planets Nirayana longitude 2. multiplies that longitude by the divisional chart number 3. normalizes the result into the expected divisional range 4. returns the final angle. This is a generalpurpose helper for Dchart calculations.
