PlanetDignity(PlanetNameplanet,ZodiacNamesign)
Calculates planetary dignity in a zodiac sign. Used by Vimsopaka Bala and other strength calculations. The signonly overload applies JHoras complete default signlord table including node rows and the special dignity signs.
