PlanetDeclination(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Calculates the declination of a planet. Declination is the planets angular distance north or south of the celestial equator. The method gets the planets ecliptic position uses obliquity of the ecliptic converts the ecliptic position into declination.
