PlanetCombinedRelationshipWithPlanet(PlanetNamemainPlanet,PlanetNamesecondaryPlanet,Timetime)
Calculates the combined relationship between two planets by merging permanent and temporary relationships. The method excludes Rahu and Ketu from the calculation returns SamePlanet when both inputs are the same gets the permanent natural relationship gets the temporary positional relationship combines them according to the classical relationship table.
