PlanetAvasta(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Returns all bAvasta statesb that match for a planet at the given time. The method checks the six supported Avastas in this section Lajjita Garvita Kshudita Trashita Trishita Mudita Kshobhita. Any matching states are collected into a list and returned.
