PlanetAspectDegree(PlanetNamereceiver,PlanetNametrasmitter,Timetime)
Calculates the aspect strength or aspect value between two planets. The method calculates the longitudinal difference from the transmitting planet to the receiving planet normalizes the difference to the zodiac circle calculates the basic Drishti value adds any special Vishesha Drishti value for Mars Jupiter or Saturn returns the final aspect value.
