PickOutStrongestPlanet(List<PlanetName>relatedPlanets,TimebirthTime)

Selects the strongest planet from a supplied list based on Shadbala. The method returns immediately if the list contains only one planet calculates Shadbala strength for each planet selects the planet with the highest strength value.
