Builds a full bPanchanga summary objectb for the supplied time. The method gathers a compact set of daily astrological values including ayanamsa tithi lunar month weekday Moon constellation nithya yoga karana hora lord disha shool sunrise sunset ishta kaala. This is a convenience method for producing one bundled Panchanga snapshot instead of calling each item separately.
