NextSolarEclipse(Timetime)

Finds the next solar eclipse after the supplied time and returns the global UTC time of maximum eclipse. The method checks the cache converts the input time to Julian time asks Swiss Ephemeris to search forward for the next solar eclipse reads the maximum eclipse time from the result array converts that Julian result back into a normal UTC DateTime.
