NextLunarEclipse(Timetime)

Finds the next lunar eclipse after the supplied time. The method checks the cache converts the time to Julian form asks Swiss Ephemeris to search forward for the next lunar eclipse reads the time of maximum eclipse from the result array converts that Julian value back into a normal UTC DateTime.
