LunarDay(Timetime)
Calculates the lunar day or Tithi from the angular distance between the Moon and Sun. The method gets the Nirayana longitudes of the Sun and Moon measures the forward MoonSun separation divides the separation by 12 rounds up to the next whole Tithi number.
