Returns the planetary lord of a zodiac sign. The method maps each sign to its classical ruler Aries Scorpio Mars Taurus Libra Venus Gemini Virgo Mercury Cancer Moon Leo Sun Sagittarius Pisces Jupiter Capricorn Aquarius Saturn
