Calculates Latta Transit. Latta is a Nakshatra based transit system measuring planetary obstruction relative to the natal Moon Nakshatra. Planetary Latta positions Sun 12th Moon 9th Mars 3rd Mercury 7th Jupiter 6th Venus 5th Saturn 8th Based on Jagannatha Hora Latta calculation.
