KaalaLongitude(Timetime)

Calculates the longitude of bKaalab the Upagraha associated with the bmiddle of the Suns planetary partb. The method delegates to cUpagrahaLongitude...c which determines the relevant day or night segment and returns the Lagna longitude rising at that selected point.
