Checks whether a planet name belongs to the bUpagrahab set used by this library. The method returns ctruec for the supported Upagraha names including Dhuma Vyatipaata Parivesha Indrachaapa Upaketu Kaala Mrityu Arthaprahaara Yamaghantaka Gulika Maandi.
