IsPlanetsInSignsFromPlanet
IsPlanetsInSignsFromPlanet(int[]signsFromList,PlanetName[]planetList,PlanetNamestartPlanet,TimebirthTime)
Checks whether any planet from a supplied list is located in any of the requested signs counted from a reference planet. The method gathers all planets found in the counted signs from startPlanet checks whether any of those planets appear in planetList returns true on the first match.
