IsPlanetsInSignsFromLagna(int[]signsFromList,PlanetName[]planetList,TimebirthTime)
Checks whether any planet from a supplied list is located in any of the requested signs counted from Lagna. The method gathers all planets found in the counted signs from Lagna checks whether any of those planets appear in planetList returns true on the first match.
