`IsPlanetReceivingBadAspects`

IsPlanetReceivingBadAspects(PlanetNamereceivingAspect,Timetime)

Checks whether a planet is receiving any bad aspects. The method delegates to AllPlanetsInBadAspectToPlanet... and returns whether any bad aspectors are found.
