Checks whether a planet is a malefic lord for the charts Lagna based on fixed Lagnaspecific lordship rules. The method determines the Lagna sign applies the corresponding B. V. Ramanstyle maleficlord table returns whether the planet is listed as unfavorable for that Lagna.
