IsPlanetInOwnSign
IsPlanetInOwnSign(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Checks whether a planet is placed in its own sign. The method uses the same relationship check as IsPlanetInOwnHouse... excludes Rahu and Ketu finds the planets signbased house checks whether the planets relationship with that house is OwnVarga.
