IsPlanetInOwnHouse
IsPlanetInOwnHouse(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Checks whether a planet is placed in a house whose sign it owns. The method excludes Rahu and Ketu finds the planets current house using signbased placement checks the planets relationship to that house returns true when the relationship is OwnVarga.
