IsPlanetInMoolatrikona(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)
Checks whether a planet is in its Moolatrikona zone. Moolatrikona is similar to exaltation but it applies to a sign range rather than only a single point. The method checks the planets sign and degree against the supported ranges Sun Leo 020 Moon Taurus 430 Mercury Virgo 1620 Jupiter Sagittarius 013 Mars Aries 018 Venus Libra 010 Saturn Aquarius 020
