IsPlanetInLajjitaAvasta(PlanetNameplanetName,Timetime)

Checks whether a planet is in bLajjita Avastab in the current implementation. The source description says Lajjita applies when a planet is in the 5th house and joined by certain difficult planets. The current code checks whether the input planet is in the 5th house and whether the list Rahu Ketu Saturn Mars is in the 5th house.
