Checks whether a planet is in bKshobhita Avastab using the current code logic. The source description says this state involves conjunction with the Sun plus difficult hostile influence. The implementation checks conjunction with the Sun then combines the bnegatedb results of the enemyaspect and maleficaspect checks returns ctruec only if the full codedefined condition passes.
